Slammers Commitment to Players

     Iowa Slammers Fastpitch is committed to help high school softball players advance their individual skills and athleticism. We feel that central Iowa softball players can compete well against the best players in the country. Central Iowa has some excellent high school softball programs led by some excellent high school coaches. Our Mission is to help our players continue to improve their skills during the off season and (if it is their goal) help them connect to college softball coaches.

What we are looking for in a Slammer

     -Above average softball skills and athleticism

     -Above average commitment to improve as a softball player

          >Willingly practices on your own outside of team practices

          >Participate in individual instruction with a good instructor during the off season

     -Strong Character and Reputation.  Coachable, no drama, get along with others
