Current Slammers, please fill out the registration form below. 

After completing the registration form, please remit a check down payment (amount pending season participation - $250/Season) at the facility.  Make checks payable to "Iowa Slammers - Mike Joseph".  Down Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Registration and Down Payment are due by January 3rd, 2025.
