Build your Speed.  Build your Strength.

Athletic skill and mechanics are only half the battle.  Do you want to enable your body to reach its maximum potential?  Whether on or off the field, a healthy and conditioned body will allow you to complete those physical tasks required of you much more efficiently.

Our programs offer strength, speed, and agility training to help you take your game to its peak performance.  Created by John Bisignano, the Director and Lead Instructor of Grand Slam Strength, you won't find a better supplemental program, whether in quality or in price, to help you reach your physical goals.

Brian Joseph - Instructor

Brian has been affiliated with Grand Slam USA in many capacities over the years including Camps, Clinics, and Lessons.  Currently, Brian serves as a police officer. He is a lead instructor of police recruits, and he also serves as a SWAT operator. During his off-duty time, Brian also coaches youth softball and baseball. He is married and is a father of four.

Through those capacities, Brian makes the connection between lessons learned on the field, in professions, and in life.  In addition to traditional Speed, Strength, and Agility training, this gave him the idea to start the Creed Program

Through Creed Athlete, he strives to assist youth and young adults in establishing their own creeds, building mental fortitude, and growing into more confident and driven individuals. From faith, fitness, goal-setting, and to overall life-improvements, Brian seeks to assist all, athletes or not, in establishing and living out their creeds.
